In the GNSS landscape, the advent of Galileo and GPS modernized with the second civil aeronautical frequency L5, a new generation of SBAS system (for GNSS reinforcement) has been defined to allow the use of several constellations and two frequencies L1 & L5 (DFMC). For this a new standard called SBAS DFMC has been defined and becomes applicable to the second generation SBAS. 

The DSVP software is both a SBAS DFMC message generator compliant with the SBAS DFMC standard, and a prototype SBAS DFMC receiver with service level performance analysis tools. It allows to test the new standard. This software has been developed by CNES in the framework of a business study with EGIS AVIA to support the technical discussions of the new standard definition within the IWG (Interoperability Working Group).
