Our startups in the spotlight!

One more year, Connect by CNES puts startups in the spotlight on CNES innovation day!

To remain faithful to our role of promoting the uses and applications of space, we are opening this great platform to 9 startups from our ecosystem, who will be able to pitch in front of the main national players and decision-makers in the space sector.

An excellent opportunity to show concretely how manufacturers use spatial data for their breakthrough innovations, and to facilitate interactions between supply and demand.

As a result, three sessions to show space at the service of risk, as a vector of transversal development and as a source of breakthrough innovation.

[1] Risk sessions

First session of pitches on the thematic of risks with the presentations of DSE, SAAGIE and Axionable, three examples of concrete solutions showing space capacities in the service of crisis management.

[DSE : Data Science Experts]

DSE combines artificial intelligence, signal processing and remote sensing to create augmented intelligence for energy management, smart agriculture, insurance or transportation.

Startup French Tech 120, offers a DataOps platform allowing companies in all sectors to create innovative predictive maintenance solutions and thus to automate and supervise the complete data cycle in production

A consultant in sustainable Artificial Intelligence, Axionable assists companies in the responsible use of AI around topics such as climate change, supply chains or energy efficiency.

[2] Applications session

We continue with three pitches from startups using space in areas as varied as land use planning, health or mobility. The objectve ? Concretely show how data from satellites adapt and add value to all business sectors!

Did you know ? In Africa, only 22% of people have a postal address. Nexafrika offers a digital GIS solution combining mapping & geolocation to fill in missing addresses! An extraordinary lever for eco-friendly development for businesses and communities!

Using different types of sensors (including geolocation), MOTEN measures the movements and muscle activity of people at work, thus helping to implement possible preventive actions. For better health at work!

Epleï provides, thanks to satellite images, recommendations on the suitable places to set up logistics stations. A fine example of a collaborative project combining space and mobility to lead to the creation of an innovative company!

[3] New Space Session

To end our round of pitches, the session for new entrants. A selection of hand-picked space scale-ups, with breakthrough technologies and extraordinary potential. Are you ready for the future?

[Venture Orbital]

3D printed nano-space launchers: lighter, less expensive, faster to manufacture, and better suited to the characteristics of the nanosatellites they will put into orbit. Are you ready for launch?

offers a constellation of satellites mixing earth observation and IoT with very high revisited frequencies. It makes it possible to build locally applications for forest fire detection, water management, urban planning, desertification, critical infrastructure protection, etc.

Delfox specializes in artificial intelligence and in the study of algorithms to design autonomous systems, capable of reacting intelligently and dynamically in a changing environment. It is aimed at the aeronautics-space-defense sector.
